GAWLER’S MR. GREEN THUMBS
Well known radio, television and local gardening expert Milton Vadoulis has worked most of his adult life, since 1978, at Vadoulis Garden Centre, with his knowledge on all things related to horticulture the secret to his passion. Vadoulis Garden Centre started in Rosedale by Milton’s parents in 1960, and has been an iconic Gawler business across from the Gawler Racetrack since 1969. Starting off as a production nursery, the business has been built into a thriving multi award winning retail experience, with a comprehensive range of quality plants, pots, garden hardware, gifts, fountains, garden art, BBQs and outdoor furniture, and includes a busy popular café. Milton has an Advanced Diploma in Horticulture and is a past president of state, national and international garden industry associations. Best known on television for his ‘Get Dirty with Milton’, he has won numerous awards, including Gawler Corporate Citizen of the year in 2008 and in 2017.
Milton Vadoulis is the owner of <Vadoulis Garden Centre> and is a television presenter of the gardening show "Getting dirty with Milton Vadoulis" on Channel 44.
