COVID-19 is a worldwide pandemic. The Australian Government response to the pandemic saw the closure of many businesses in and around Gawler. This wiki-page aims to collect stories and ephemera (photos of signage etc) related to Gawler's response to the COVID-19 Pandemic.
Due to COVID-19 Gawler's traditional ANZAC Day Dawn Service could not be held in 2020 and 2021, instead people were encouraged to “Light up the Dawn” by standing in their driveway at 6am on ANZAC Day “united in spirit to remember all those who have served and sacrificed for the lifestyle we enjoy today."[1][2]
