Nicole Stomaci was the Deputy Chairperson of the Gawler History Team. Nicole has been the Chairperson of Gawler Girl Guides Support Group since 2013. Nicole has three school aged children and is married to Raffaele Stomaci. The Stomaci family currently live in Gawler South. Nicole runs her own computer tutoring business.
In May 2014 the Stomaci left Gawler to travel around Australia in a caravan. They drove 50000 kilometres over the next 12 months, returning back home in May 2015.
