George Loveridge was Councillor for East Ward in 1884 - 1885. ( Mr Loveridge is sometimes referred to as "Geo. Lovridge" in old newspapers, an archaic abbreviation of his given name. He also incorrectly listed as Q. J. Loveridge in some 1880's Gawler Council minutes.)
