Pastor at the Zion Lutheran Church Gawler 2000 –
Pastor Havelberg was initially called to the Zion congregation as an associate pastor with Pastor Tscharke. Later, he was called as the sole pastor of the Zion congregation after the resignation of Pastor Tscharke.
When the Zion and Immanuel congregations amalgamated to form the Gawler Lutheran Church in 2016, Pastor Havelberg was called as the Senior Paastor to the new congregation and to work in partnership with associate pastor, Pastor Anthony Price.
In 2019, Pastor Havelberg remained as the Senior Pastor, working together with Pastor Price.
