Gawler Lions Market Sundays at the Gawler Railway Station 19th Street
The Gawler Farmer's Market, which was held on Saturdays in the Gawler Visitor Information Centre Carpark (2 Lyndoch Road), started operating in January 2016. After a period of closure the lease was taken on by "Aussie Farmer's Market", with a grand opening held on 12th January 2019.[1] The final market was held on 18th December 2021, with plans to return on 8th January after the holiday break, however an announcement was made on 14th January 2022 that the market would not recommence as they were unable to resign a new contract due to the uncertainty Covid was causing.
