In his capacity as Town Clerk he is also Surveyor, Overseer, Inspector, and Secretary of the Local Board of Health, Curator of the Willaston Cemetery, Building Inspector, and Inspector of Weights and Measures, and in addition to these is frequently called on to be secretary of other local bodies, which are connected with Council or are of a general public nature.1
