Alfred's brother William was born 1838 in Perranzabuloe and William married Elizabeth.
Alfred's brother Frederick was born in Perranzabuloe in 1840 and Frederick married Mary Ann Mitchell [who was born 1842 and died in Gawler 13th July 1896]. Frederick died in Gawler in 1897.

Frederick May born 11th November 1867 in Moonta;
Ernest G. May born 26th March 1875 in Gawler; [He married Elsie May Badcock and they had a son Bertie F. May on 18th October 1902.
Oswald H. May born 8th January 1879 in Gawler; and
Rupert A. May born 23rd June 1882 in Gawler;
Alfred's brother Joseph was born in Perranzabuloe in 1844.
Alfred's sister Janepher May was born 1845 in Perranzabuloe.
Alfred's brother Mathew was born in Perranzabuloe.
