He married Margaret Dympna Teresa Schwerdt [always known as Dympna]. She was born 30-8-1915 and died 04-10-2010.

Elaine 25-4-41 who married Bob Phillips (born 29-8-37 and who passed away 7-8-2017)

Ray 5-11-49, and

Cyril [David] 30-6-53.
