PETER SCOTT KENNEDY – LIFE MEMBER OF GAWLER APEX CLUB INC.
Peter joined Gawler Apex Club in late 1964 at the age of 28.
He was elected Treasurer for the year 1965-66
Secretary for the year 1966-67
Junior Vice President 1968-69 with his usual 100% attendance
Senior Vice President 1969-70 and was Service Director
President 1970-71 with a record 37 Club Membership
Social Director 1971-72
Annual Golf Day organiser 1972-73
Peter had to retire from Apex on attaining age 40 and was made a Life Member in 1976; one of only 14 Gawler Apexians to be awarded this honour.
He and Loretta lived at 4 Blanch Street and also at 8 Popham Avenue during his Apex years and memorable social functions were held there.
On the passing of Loretta, he eventually shifted interstate.
