Rashman
Born in Gloucester England 1959 & migrated to Australia in 1962. Initially lived in Ormond, Melbourne then Rosebud West before moving to Elizabeth SA after my father obtained a job at WRE (Weapons Research Establishment). Went to Broadmeadows Primary School Elizabeth North and then to Elizabeth West Highschool. We then moved to Willaston in early 1973 & I changed schools to Gawler Highschool. I attended Gawler High between 1973 and 1977 where I completed Matriculation (Year 12)but as I did not pass found it difficult to gain employment. During this time my parents divorced and I stayed with my mother and moved initially to Cockshell Estate then to Gawler West next to the old Butter Factory. In late 1978 I obtained a position with the National Bank in Melbourne and moved back to Ormond to live. Not long after my mother decided to move to melbourne and we moved into a Unit in Carnegie. Following a couple of more moves I met my wife Gerda and I moved out into our own unit in Murrumbeena. I stayed with the bank for 11 years before resigning in 1990 and moved back to melbourne with my wife and our daughter katrina. We purchased a block of land in Langwarrin and built a house there. I obtained a position as a Credit Officer and stayed in that industry with several changes of employment for the next 23 years. During this time our son Paul was born. In 2000 I divorced my wife and moved out of the family home. I am still in langwarrin and currently work as a contractor at 7Eleven as a data entry clerk.
