Oscar Wehrstedt was Councillor for East Ward in 1873 - 1874.
Oscar Wehrstedt ran a Drapery business from Essex House in Gawler. He was the brother of Otto Wehrstedt whom he shared the business with until Otto retired. Otto then worked as the Institute Librarian.
