Description: Reverend Walter Jones was (1847-1907) a long standing minister at the Gawler [[Congregational Church Light Square|Congregational Church]], serving for about 20 years (1882-1901) before relocating to Queensland in about 1902 (he died there in 1907). A stained glass window was unveiled as a memorial to him in the Congregational Church in 1908 (the window was relocated to [[Uniting Church Tod Street|Tod Street Methodist Church]] after the union of the churches).
