Centenarians of Gawler
In celebration of Gawler people (those who were either born here, died here or spent some of their life here), who lived to 100 or more!

- 'Joe' Joseph Daly, born 1 February 1906 in Willaston, worked for Gawler Council for some time and celebrated his 100th birthday in 2006. [see the News Review (15 Feb 2006) article]
- Emma Beatrice Ey (1889-1997) - made it to 108!!! [see her Obituary]

- Cesir Jacob (also spelled Caesar Jacob), born 1867 in Lebanon, died 24 April 1968, aged 101 (father of Leslie Joseph Jacob).
- Nora Kelly (nee Nora Josephine McGahan), born 19 January 1922 in Gawler, one of 10 children of Francis and Bridget McGahan. Her family lived at Redbanks Road, Willaston and she received her education from the Good Samaritan Sisters. 'Joe' Michael Kelly proposed to her on the Willaston bridge and the couple were married at St Peter and Paul Catholic Church in 1944, before moving away from the area. Nora celebrated her 100th birthday in 2022 [see The Southern Cross Website post 'Centenarian still a ray of sunshine'[1]
- Alice Lally (nee Alice ?), born at Gawler Hospital on 3 November 1914, celebrated her hundredth birthday in 2014 [see the Bunyip (12 Nov 2014) about her 100th birthday celebration]
- 'Trix' Beatrice Eileen McConnell
- Mary Reschke (nee Mary Veale), born 23 January 1923 in Gawler, attended Gawler Primary School and Gawler High School before starting her first job at Marchant's photography.
