There are many lovely old homes (and business premises) in Gawler that have stained glass/leadlight windows. We encourage residents to share with others the joy that these windows give.
Please email photographs to bgthom@bigpond.com and, if possible, include the window or home age and the designer of the glass, if known. Those people wishing to contribute their window photos but desiring anonymity can be assured that your home address will not be shown.
Here are some tips when taking your photograph:
- The best result occurs when the light outside is brighter than that inside your home
- Taken with FLASH OFF
- We would like to get a 6” x 4” @ 150dpi [dots per inch] as a .jpg
- We prefer that the file not exceed 1.4MB
